Dr Michelle Ward

Senior Lecturer in Early Years Education

I have a passion for Early Years which stemmed from time spent as a nanny in Australia. This passion blossomed as I later worked in schools and Early Years settings, before now working as a lecturer.

Biography

It has been my privilege and joy to work with children from birth through to the end of Key Stage 2. I believe that teachers, practitioners, child-minders, family support workers etc. play a crucial role in our society and it is now an honour to be a part of the training and development of people who will ultimately enter into these roles.
