I am Head of Educational Development, with a wealth of experience and expertise in developing others' higher education teaching.

Biography

I lead and teach on the Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice, as well as Gloucestershire's internal HEA Fellowship scheme. My research interests include exploring the concepts of stimulating and challenging teaching, and the impact of teaching recognition schemes.
