My interests are very wide ranging but mainly consist as undergraduate level of occupational psychology, non-traditional work (including temping and consultancy), evolutionary psychology and individual differences.

Biography

I am the Programme Director for occupational and business psychology at the University of Gloucestershire. I am HCPC registered and chartered through the British Psychological Society as an occupational psychologist. As a consultant I have provided training, recruitment and research services and completed associate work in this field. My research interests lie in non-traditional employment, the use of technology at work and in consulting.
