Sport and Exercise

Sport has always been a big part of my life whether as a player, a coach or spectator. My love of sport now focuses on how it can help people and communities to develop, grow and flourish.

Biography

As it is for many people, sport has always been an important part of my life, as a participant and athlete, and as a student and teacher. It has taught me a great deal and provided many opportunities to have fun, to achieve, to meet new people and make new friends. Having worked in the sports sector for a number of years I am now really interested to explore how sport can play its part in helping people and society to develop and flourish, especially for those people and communities with fewer opportunities than others.
