Biography

I have always been interested in how our health and wellbeing is influenced by what we eat and drink. In particular, I find it fascinating that it is possible to improve sport and exercise performance simply by manipulating the diet. I actively engage in the national and international research community of sport and exercise nutrition and consider myself lucky to share my knowledge, experiences and passion with both undergradute and postgraduate students.
