Biography

I like to say that I didn't find inclusive/adaptive/disability sport; it found me. I became interested in sport and physical activity as a teenager, but had always been interested in learning about people and society - especially people who were thought of as 'different'. These two areas collided during my first job as a sports coach and has shaped my career ever since!
