The Certificate in Higher Education, Personal and Professional Development (Construction*) is a work-based qualification designed by the local construction industry for their junior and site managers. This higher level training supports business improvement and develops the skills and knowledge required to improve workplace performance. The modules and assessment tasks reflect industry need and the modules are delivered to ensure minimum disruption to the day job.
Trained workplace mentor support is available for learners ensuring a close three-way relationship between the University, the learner and company or business.

Entry Requirements
A level 3 qualification and/or three years working in the construction industry
Progression Opportunities:
There are opportunities to develop this Cert. HE into a Foundation Degree. This programme is being developed based on local industry need.

Assessment is designed to reflect workplace practice. There will be no examinations.
