Angela Tomkins
Angela is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and a University Teaching Fellow with an interest in coaching for Business Leaders with a background in Leisure and Tourism Services. She is widely published in the areas of continuous professional development, reflective practice, emotional intelligence, coaching and mentoring.
Underpinning her work has been a desire to help individuals and teams to plan more effectively for the future demands of the workplace. She is particularly keen to promote the role of effective interpersonal relationships to enhance workplace wellbeing. Her approach may be of particular interest to managers and employers grappling with ways to help staff empower themselves in complex and time-pressured work environments.
