John Hepworth
John is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and former Chair of CIPD for Gloucestershire and a part-time lecturer on management courses at the University of Gloucestershire. He is dedicated to assisting organisations achieve competitive advantage in the industries where they operate.
John has a particular interest in translating strategic human resource management into practice, with a focus on recruitment and selection, performance management, and career development activities. He is qualified in coaching for business performance and psychometric testing.
John has a background in aerospace engineering, manufacturing, utilities, financial services and SME’s, and has established his own human resources consultancy. His expertise incorporates business strategy as well as training and development workshops, with an emphasis on delivering values and behaviours.
