By booking a place on a short course at the University of Gloucestershire, either by submitting a booking form to the University of Gloucestershire, or using the Online Shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Cancellation/Postponement
Please note that cancellation will incur a fee of 10% up to a month prior to the course and a 50% fee if cancelled 2 - 4 weeks prior to the course date. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the course will not be eligible for any refund or waiver of course fees although substitutes are welcome at no additional charge.
Liability
The University of Gloucestershire shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any person or property for any loss, damage or injury which may be incurred by or done or happen to any person or persons from any cause whatsoever, except where the University is found to be legally liable.
Force Majeure
You agree that the University of Gloucestershire shall not be liable for any and all losses, (including loss of data) damages, costs, claims and other liabilities which arise as a result of any delay or interruption in, or any non-delivery, or missed delivery or failure of the Equipment and/or Services due to circumstances beyond our or any of our suppliers' reasonable control (including, but not limited to, fire, lightning, explosion, war, disorder, flood, industrial dispute, sabotage, weather conditions or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities).
