Introduction to Digital Photography

THIS COURSE IS NOW FULL

Aimed at introducing digital photography, this practical course will give students the opportunity to confidently develop their skills and understanding with their photography and use of their equipment.

Designed for digital camera users (compact or SLR) who have a keen interest in photography but little or no previous knowledge. The course will cover basic technical explanations, from how to use the equipment you have to digital techniques combined with creative and practical skills.

At the end of the course you would have responded to weekly assignments, group reviews and practical experience equipping you to carry on developing your digital photography.

You will need:
Notebook and pen
A digital camera

Tutor

Kieran Hunt (BA Hons PGCHE FHEA) is a photographer who is actively creating personal projects, pushing the boundaries in developing his personal style and technique. His work has been showcased in the UK and overseas, from exhibiting in Covent Garden to showings of his work in China. He was a nominee in the national ‘Nikon Discovery Awards 2007’ where his work was exhibited in the Olympia Gallery in London.
