MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) 

This course is aimed at any organisation or individual seeing the need for a controlled approach to managing its programmes. The course is suitable for programme managers, experienced project managers, programme support team members and senior managers from any discipline. MSP™ is flexible and adaptable for any type and size of programme where a business 'vision' is the outcome.

MSP™ brings together related projects to manage interdependencies, providing and maintaining a strategic view over a set of projects. Supplying a framework for implementing business strategies and initiatives enabling the management of programmes with a structure which will help them towards delivering the business benefits sought.

Please note that this is an intensive course and does require pre-course work to be undertaken. We recommend six weeks for you to do this, although we would advise you allow a minimum of two weeks. 4 days (Foundation), 2 days (Practitioner, Foundation and Practitioner overlap) or 5 days (Full Course - Foundation and Practitioner)

Cost

£995 (Foundation), £645 (Practitioner), £1395 (Full Course), 10% discount if course booked six weeks or more prior to start date

Times

Day 1 - 9:15-5pm
Days 2-4 - 8:30-5:30pm
Day 5 - 9am-12:30pm.


Please note that the course involves self-study in the evenings.
