PRINCE2® (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a process based method for effective project management and is an industry standard used extensively by the UK Government and is widely recognised and used in the Private sector, both in the UK and internationally.
The course is focused on business justification bringing a defined organisation structure for the project management team.It emphasises on dividing the project into manageable and controllable stages with a flexibility to be applied at a level appropriate to individual projects.
Please note that this is an intensive course and does require pre-course work to be undertaken. We recommend six weeks for you to do this, although we would advise you allow a minimum of two weeks.
