I have twenty years of senior level strategic and operational management experience across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors in both the UK and overseas.

Biography

Before joining academia I was active in professional practitioner-based research projects in the UK, EU and USA, particularly in areas of economic, social and environmental regeneration (sustainable development). My current academic research interests are primarily in leadership and leadership development, particularly inter-disciplinary organisational behaviour research across cognitive, social and applied psychology. I have authored/co-authored papers for international conferences and have acted as peer-reviewer for same both in the UK and overseas.
