The UCAS Application Procedure 

 1. You send the completed application form to UCAS.

 

 2. UCAS sends copies of your application form to each of the institutions that you have applied for.

 

 3. Each institution considers your application and decides if they would like to offer you a place.

 

 4. Each institution informs UCAS of its decision and UCAS will then inform you. You can monitor this process with your UCAS pin code online.
