Discover further study opportunities at the University of Gloucestershire

Postgraduate Open Event: Park Campus, Wednesday 15 February, 4pm-7pm.

Whether you’re in education or the workplace, boosting your career prospects is at the heart of the University of Gloucestershire’s Postgraduate Event.

The University boasts a wide range of postgraduate courses, from research degrees to short courses in digital photography and on Wednesday February 15 is opening its doors to anyone interested in finding out more about how to improve their employability.

All of the courses on offer will be showcased at the Open Event at The Park Campus on Wednesday from 4pm until 7pm with course leaders on hand to offer advice and guidance and information about specific programmes. They’ll be able to discuss how further study can enhance your career prospects, the study options that are available and scholarships and discounts.

Over a quarter of current students at the University of Gloucestershire are studying towards postgraduate and professional qualifications*, with further students opting to do short courses.
Courses range from Masters degrees and professional awards across the business and health sector, to teacher training and short courses ranging from shorthand to web design. You can also Build Your Own MA in Professional Media, aimed at media professionals who want to develop new skills or update their practice.
Penny Eccles, Head of Guidance and Recruitment, said: “There are many people, whether current students or those already in work, who are looking to enhance their existing qualifications or change their career.  The Postgraduate Event is an excellent opportunity for prospective students to see the full range of learning and professional development opportunities available at their local university.”
