Halls of Residence
A great start to University life, we have halls of residence on or near all our campuses. Ranging from around £81 to £109 per week (2011-2012), they offer:
- Single study bedrooms, mostly en-suite
- Dining kitchens
- Broadband internet access in most rooms
- Residential Support Team on hand
- Laundry and recycling facilities
- Cycle sheds
Our halls of residence are close to the town/city centre and have rooms suitable for disabled students.
Places are offered on a first come, first served basis to first-year full-time undergraduates, who meet their UCAS deadline, firmly accept our offer and return their completed accommodation application form to us.
Shared Flats and Houses
And if halls aren’t for you, we can help you find shared flats, houses or bedsits to rent from around £65 a week plus bills (2010-2011 prices).
We do everything possible to meet specific requirements for students with disabilities, and for more information please contact the University’s Disability Advisers and the Accommodation Team.
Wherever you live it’s important to look after the environment.
The University provides recycling facilities, and students living off campus can take advantage of a fortnightly green box collection for recyclable items.
Before making any decisions we recommend reading our Accommodation Guide. If you would like a copy or have any questions, please email us at accommodation@glos.ac.uk or telephone us on 01242 714544.
