Head of Sport visits Botswana
Head of Sport, Dr Anita Navin visited Botswana earlier this month as part of the International Netball Federation’s (INF) assignment to mentor netball coaches as Botswana readies to host the Netball World Youth Cup in 2017. Dr Navin is an Ambassador for the INF. She works with Government Ministers in Africa and the INF to validate education programmes and qualification structures for sports coaches in Africa. This was her third visit to Botswana after earlier visits in 2010 and 2012. She also works with coaches in Ethiopia, Malawi and Tanzania.
