The Alumni Email Contact Directory is available to all alumni who register their email address and current contact details with the Alumni Office.
The Alumni Email Contact Directory enables alumni to:
- search for fellow alumni and lost contacts
- email fellow alumni directly, without the need to contact the Alumni Office
- advise the Alumni Office of any changes in contact details.
How do I access the Directory?
The Directory is accessed via a specific URL link which is given out by the Alumni Office ONLY to former students and staff who have registered their details with the Alumni Office.
Register today by completing the Registration Form and as soon as your details have been verified, the URL link will be emailed to you so that you can access the email Contact Directory

How can I add my details to the Directory?
You will need to complete the Registration Form to register your details with the Alumni Office and request the URL link. As soon as your details have been verified then your contact details will be added to the email Directory and the URL link will be emailed to you so that you can access the email Directory.
How could the Directory be improved?
The Alumni Office is continuously trying to improve the facilities available to alumni and your feedback is essential to ensure this. So please email the Alumni Office with any suggestions and ideas for improving the email Contact Directory.
Please note:
All parts of the Directory can be accessed by our overseas alumni who register their details with the Alumni Office and live in countries outside the jurisdiction of the Data Protection Act.
Details of alumni who do not register with the Alumni Office by completing the online registration form, or whose contact details we do not have, or who specifically request to be excluded from the online directory, will not be shown. Data may be shared, where applicable, with the Old Students' Association (The College of St Paul & St Mary) and for other internal purposes.
It takes 24 hours for the Directory to be updated with any changes.
