"I was an Artist in Residence in 2008-09. My year spent at the Cathedral was very challenging but fulfilled with hard work. I now realised the importance of my time spent at the Cathedral, it made me change and sent my work into new directions. I very much involved the local community in the research and the production of the work and some have become a long term friends.
"Since the residency I have been shortlisted for the Spitalfields Sculpture Prize, have received a year - long Grant from Arts Council South East, have been commissioned for St Bede's Catholic College in Bristol and commissioned to develop a permanent site-specific work for Southgate Project in Bath.
