With bases in Cheltenham and Gloucester, the University of Gloucestershire’s residential facilities are an ideal base for anyone wishing to visit the surrounding county, and Cotswold or Malvern Hills. In total there are 730 bedrooms across our portfolio, arranged in flats of 5 to 9 and we are able to provide a range of meal options including breakfast, packed lunches and gala dinners.

Park Campus, Cheltenham

The Park is situated less than ten minutes walk from Montpellier and the Bath Road with its numerous shops, restaurants, bars, banks, cafes and just 15 minutes walk from the lively and cosmopolitan centre of Cheltenham.
Guests are free to stroll around the 24 acre park land. Maps are available outlining the rare specimens planted as part of the sites original arboretum, and features relating to our wildlife management programme.
A newly refurbished bar and social area provides the ideal environment for guests to relax after dinner. Our Multipurpose Hall with stage is the ideal space for gala dinners, entertainment, discos and dances. The space will accommodate approximately 400 lecture theatre style, 200 cabaret style and 800 standing, price available on request.
Playing fields are available for outdoor activities.
It is also possible to book classrooms and lecture rooms, price available on request. The teaching centre is located within a short walking distance from the accommodation.
Specialist space in the Media Centre offers access to TV production, sound recording, and radio production studios.
Oxstalls Campus, Gloucester

Oxstalls campus is only 5 minutes drive from the city centre and ten miles from Cheltenham. The site houses a number of specialised spaces including a theatre and performance practice space, sports hall, dance studio, fully equipped gym, and outdoor astro turf, prices available on request.

Francis Close Hall (Hardwick Halls), Cheltenham

Francis Close Hall is the nearest University Campus to Cheltenham’s town centre being just a short walk away from Cheltenham’s lively bars, clubs, friendly terraced streets, department stores, specialist shops, community cafes, diners and restaurants. The site has a history that can be traced back to 1847 when the college was founded by Francis Close. Accommodation is available on the Hardwick site, which is located a short walk from Francis Close Hall.
A number of specialist studios are located at Hardwick including photography and fine art. It is also possible to book classrooms and lecture rooms at both Hardwick and Francis Close Hall, price available on request. The teaching centre at Francis Close Hall is located within a 5 minute walk from the accommodation.
The Chapel at Francis Close Hall provides a space for quiet contemplation.
