The University of Gloucestershire currently works in partnership with the prestigious Cheltenham Festivals which has a high-profile portfolio of four festivals each year in Jazz, Science, Music and Literature. .
The University’s partnership includes a presence at the Science and Literature Festivals. Media students support recording opportunities across the festivals and our campuses provide venues to high profile events such as the Gerald Hoffnung exhibition and the Times Sudoku and crossword competitions. For many years, the University has sponsored the annual Laurie Lee lecture at the Literature Festival.
Students and academics also relish the opportunity to take part in festival events, often chairing panels and taking part in discussion groups with prestigious speakers.
