The Malawi 2012 project was launched on Friday 11th March 2011. A memorandum of understanding was signed, and a presentation was made to a wide range of delegates from the Gloucestershire community.
The presentation outlined the significant benefits of this project to Malawi and Gloucestershire, including the opportunity for the whole of the Gloucestershire community to get involved in hosting an Olympic team at a critical point in their preparations.
