Biography

A graduate of Loughborough, Manchester and City universities, Jim holds a PhD in Educational Research from Lancaster University. Although published in the insurance economics field, Jim’s professional and scholarly interests through his PhD lie in pedagogy and improving the student experience. Jim is currently an Academic Adviser to the Association of International Accountants (AIA) and also an external examiner in economics for a UK university. He was awarded a University Teaching Fellowship in 2010.
