Photography

Tony works as a researcher and lecturer in the Department of Art and Design, specialising in photography. His interests range widely but include historical processes, video and sound.

Biography

Tony's background was in literature and performance, later taking up photography. He took my MA at the University of Derby and since then has worked on some of the leading photography courses in the UK, as well as working as an external examiner on many other photography and media courses. His interests combine practice and theory but he is always led by the visual.
