Andy Lloyd currently works at the Department of Applied Sciences, University of Gloucestershire as a Lecturer in Nursing. As well as conducting action research in the nursing field, Andy pursues independent qualitative research in Astrophysics and Astronomy, with an interest in the outer solar system. He is the author of three books, and has had several chapters and articles published in a variety of books and magazines.

Biography

Andy Lloyd currently works at the Department of Applied Sciences, University of Gloucestershire as a Lecturer in Nursing. His research areas in nurse education include augmented learning within the virtual learning environment, nursing-related pedagogical relativism, and the impact of national and international macro-economics on higher health education. In addition, Andy pursues independent qualitative research in Astrophysics and Astronomy, with an interest in the outer solar system. He is the author of three books, and has had several chapters and articles published in a variety of books and magazines.
