Richard is a qualified Strength and Conditioning coach teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. As an experienced practitioner Richard is one of the university's TASS Strength and Conditioning practitioners.

Biography

Following undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at the University of Gloucestershire in Strength and Conditioning, Richard worked for Gloucester Rugby, Bristol Academy of Sport and became an Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach (ASCC) with the UKSCA.  In 2013 he returned to the university, teaching on both the Strength and Conditioning undergraduate and postgraduate degree paths.
