I have taught International Business and Business Research Methods in the UK, Germany and China. I currently teach International Business Management, Regional Studies in Business and Cultural Issues in Management.


I received my Doctorate in Education from the University of Exeter in 2014 and teach International Business and Research Methods to postgraduate and undergraduate students. I am currently leading the University of Gloucestershire team in a multi-national EU funded project worth 1.5m euros aimed at developing the use of Active Learning pedagogies in Moldova. I am also working with Dr Maggie Zeng on funded projects exploring the dynamic capabilities of Chinese manufacturing companies and the digital challenges facing SMEs.
