I'm passionate about how contemporary Physiotherapy practice is applied in the work place, and how we as a team here at the University of Gloucestershire can make the learning environment enjoyable and stimulating for tomorrows Physiotherapist.
I'm interested in all aspects of human movement, exercise, health and wellbeing. I practice what I preach in every sense of the word and make sure I bring that into my lectures, and teachings which make for a fun and enjoyable environment to learn.
As an ex serviceman, being supportive and available for my students is important to me. I'm also a current student at UoG in Strength and Conditioning, I get to see and experience both sides of the coin so feel best placed to relate to all our students on the Physiotherapy degree course, I really value my position and the people I'm fortunate to work with every day.
A member of the Chartered society of Physiotherapy, Health and Care Professions Council. I have a clinical interest in Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists, Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists and Sport and Exercise Medicine.

Presently I'm looking into fatigue and injury in the female sporting population, conducting a meta-analysis on fatigue and injury risk.
