I work for Playwork Partnerships as the Development Manager and have been in the post for 18 years. I am responsible for managing a small team to develop and deliver playwork education across the UK. I began my career working with disabled children for KIDS play schemes in Hull and after qualifying as a teacher took on the role for Hull KIDS as Play Development Officer working in Hull and the East Riding. I regularly volunteer as a playworker in Herefordshire where I live, raising funds for playground improvements and opportunities for children to play outdoors.
