I have a 'whole-listic' approach in combining training, injury rehabilitation, pain management & well-being. A true believer in 'motion is lotion' I look to inspire as many people as possible to live happier, healthier and more active lives.

Biography

I have been working in the field of sports and exercise rehabilitation since 2011, and during that time have had opportunity to work both in professional and semi-professional sport (rugby, football, athletics, triathlon). Having initially trained as a manual therapist, in 2017 I graduated from University of Gloucestershire with MSc in Sports Therapy. I continued to work in private practice, combining the principles of strength training and rehabilitation. I thoroughly enjoy an opportunity to combine teaching with my own practice and inspiring a new generation of well-trained therapists.
