This module will enable you to understand your own leadership approaches and develop the knowledge, skills and understanding necessary to inform your practice, leading and driving change and service development. You’ll critically explore and evaluate your own practice and the practice and perspectives of others, supported by a range of practical and theoretical models to inform the development of your leadership methodologies.
You will explore your influence and authority determining effective working relationships and approaches with patients, colleagues and wider communities. You will build your capacity for learning and discover the requisites for creating collaborative and resilient working and learning cultures.
