Achieve qualified teacher status (QTS) while becoming an inspirational secondary teacher with a deep understanding and knowledge of both education and digital. The course gives you a wide range of professional skills through school placements and specialist modules in Education Technologies that focus on computing and digital technology.

You’ll discuss topics such as games design, digital and creative art, cyber, web technologies, general ICT and programming. You’ll nurture your growing expertise in education and technology through practical workshops, seminars and professional placements. It’s a professional course designed to help you to achieve the required standards for teacher status – and to place you in a strong position to lead through the use of technology.

You’ll build on your previous experience with targeted placements strategically arranged to hone your teaching and subject knowledge. The module content you’ll study is informed by ongoing reflection and evaluation. The academic and school partnership staff you work with are all experienced teachers with the knowledge, skills and resources you need for a cutting-edge experience.
