In my second year, I have been exploring maker culture and the Internet of Things, something I wasn&#8217;t familiar with previously, and have found the combination of sensors and traditional hardware fascinating.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;UoG has supported me to develop my professional confidence by becoming more involved in the life of the university, and I am currently the Subject Representative for several courses, which means I get to work with students across a range of different subjects.
