I find the main challenge is retaining all the quality teaching mechanisms and relaying that into the classroom. However, striving to provide a well-structured, inspiring, and engaging lesson is priceless. The intangible rewards of changing lives everyday is worth it tenfold.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This qualification has helped my career exponentially.
