Passionate about athlete care and performance, Kim has gone on to work in elite women\u2019s rugby, supporting players in demanding competitive environments.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kim is currently the lead therapist and clinical manage for Bristol Bears Women\u2019s rugby team, providing sports therapy support across training and matchday settings. Her work focuses on injury prevention,&nbsp;treatment&nbsp;and rehabilitation, helping athletes remain resilient and perform at the highest level. Operating within elite rugby requires clinical&nbsp;expertise,&nbsp;adaptability&nbsp;and&nbsp;strong communication&nbsp;\u2014 all skills Kim developed during her time on the MSc programme. Kim\u2019s journey&nbsp;demonstrates&nbsp;how the MSc Sports Therapy course equips graduates with the confidence, practical experience and professional skills needed to succeed in elite sport.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kim said:<\/strong>&nbsp;\u201cThe MSc course allowed me to build a foundation of knowledge and skill. It was placement opportunities I was fortunate enough to do during the MSc course which built my passion for sports therapy.
