Section 19, of the Freedom of Information Act<\/a> (FOIA) 2000 requires every Public Authority to adopt and maintain a Publication Scheme. The University of Gloucestershire has adopted the Information Commissioner\u2019s Model Publication Scheme for Higher Education<\/a> and is committed to routinely publishing the information to comply with its obligations under the FOIA. The scheme commits us to making a significant amount of information easily and routinely available to the public and we strive to be as open as possible in our attitudes, policies and processes.
