{"id":12348,"date":"2022-12-22T10:04:53","date_gmt":"2022-12-22T10:04:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.glos.ac.uk\/information\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=12348"},"modified":"2023-01-30T16:32:54","modified_gmt":"2023-01-30T16:32:54","slug":"offer-holder-days-travel-expenses-claim-terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/www.glos.ac.uk\/information\/knowledge-base\/offer-holder-days-travel-expenses-claim-terms-and-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Travel expenses claim terms and conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Offer holders who reside outside a 40 miles radius from the campus at which their event is being held are eligible to claim a \u00a330 payment towards their travel costs. &nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If your travel costs exceed the \u00a330 payment, you will be solely responsible for the remaining costs.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Eligible for 2023 Offer Holder Days exclusively.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Travel expenses support should be requested after attending the event. Please email <a href=\"mailto:studentrecruitment@glos.ac.uk\">studentrecruitment@glos.ac.uk<\/a>. Completed forms must be returned within 14 calendar days of attendance in order to claim.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Offer Holder must register on the day with a member of staff to claim travel expenses.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Contributions towards travel will be reimbursed after the event has taken place.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"7\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A completed Offer Holder Day travel expense claim form will need to be completed. This will need to be requested, and subsequently returned to <a href=\"mailto:studentrecruitment@glos.ac.uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">studentrecruitment@glos.ac.uk<\/a>. &nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"8\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Expenses can be paid into a bank account owned by someone other than the student (e.g. a parent) however we would require the details of the account holder.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"9\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Payments will appear as <strong>UoGStudent <\/strong>on bank statements.
