Student ambassadors will be there to welcome and direct you with more dotted around campus to get you on the right track if you lose your way or need help with directions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Exciting, bespoke activities to help you get a feel for what it\u2019s like to be a student at University of Gloucestershire. You\u2019ll sit in on talks with academics who will guide you through what to expect from your course and chat with current students about their experiences. There will also be interactive taster sessions to understand the kind of work you’ll be doing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n There’ll be plenty of time to ask lecturers questions, chat with current students and speak to accommodation, finance and student support teams. You\u2019ll get a chance to tour the campus and see facilities and tour off-site accommodation at Blackfriars later in the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you have applied for one of the following courses please arrive wearing your sports kit (trainers and suitable indoor sportswear) <\/strong>so you’re ready to participate in a practical taster session. Alternatively, you can bring it with you and change in advance of your session. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Applied Sport and Exercise Studies (Level 6)<\/strong> \/ Physical Education<\/strong> \/ Sport, Coaching and Physical Education<\/strong> \/ Sport and Exercise Sciences<\/strong> \/ Strength, Conditioning and Rehabilitation<\/strong> \/ Sports Performance<\/strong> \/ Sports Therapy <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n There’s no need to bring lunch \u2013 it’s provided, but you might want to bring a notepad, phone or laptop if you want to make any notes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Yes, you can bring up to two guests and there will be a Q&A session specifically for them while you\u2019re in your afternoon course taster session. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Scheduled sessions will finish at around 2.45pm. From this time, optional campus and accommodation tours will take place and off-site accommodation will also be available to view at Blackfriars (Gloucester).
