\u200b\u200bYour student network account gives you access to the university\u2019s online facilities including MyGlos, Student Records Online and Office 365.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Follow these steps to access the network for the first time, and to reset your password if you have forgotten it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to the University network for the first time via the password self-service portal<\/a>. Navigate to ‘Change your University Network password’ and click on the ‘Change Password’ button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Sign into your University network account
    Username<\/strong> Your username is your 7-digit student number with a lowercase ‘s’ at the start followed by \u2018@glos.ac.uk\u2019, e.g. \u2018s1234567@glos.ac.uk\u2019.
    Password<\/strong>
    The first time you log in your password is the word \u2018Student\u2019 (uppercase \u2018S\u2019) followed by your date of birth in the format DDMMYYYY, e.g. \u2018Student23071998\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Change your password and click \u2018Sign In\u2019. Passwords must be at least 14 characters in length and contain three out of the four categories: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Read and accept the University\u2019s IT Acceptable Use Policy<\/a>\u200b.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Complete the registration process for self-service password recovery.\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    After completing these steps, you will be able to access the following university web services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
