UNIVERSITY<\/strong>: University of Gloucestershire and University of Gloucestershire Professional Services Ltd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n ENTRANT<\/strong>: The person who has photographed and entered the photograph(s) under their full name on the POV application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n GUEST(S)<\/strong>: Any person attending the event which is accompanying an applicant to the university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n WINNER<\/strong>: The entrant chosen to receive the prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n POV<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n You agree that if you are a winner or commended photographer you will take part in and cooperate fully with reasonable publicity and to the use of your name and photograph in such publicity, for example, the publication of photograph(s) with your name on the UNIVERSITY social media channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n By entering the competition, you agree to the provisions of these terms and conditions and to comply fully with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The competition is open to anyone except those directly involved with the competition and judging (including their families and relatives).<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you are under the age of 18 you must have permission to enter from your parent or guardian. By submitting an entry for the competition, your parent\/carer\/guardian is deemed to have given such consent and to agree to the use of the entry as described in these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The closing date for submissions is 3pm on Saturday 27 April 2024. All submissions received after this time will not be eligible. Please note that sending is not proof of receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The UNIVERSITY cannot be held responsible for entries that do not arrive due to the entrant\u2019s technical problems or restrictions placed by their Internet service provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Your entry must be submitted digitally via the POV application invite (via QR code or web link). No other forms of entry will be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n By submitting images to the UNIVERSITY Get Uni-Ready Photo Competition, each ENTRANT confirms and warrants that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Photographs must be entered via the link or QR code to the POV app provided during the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On registration for the POV app, the ENTRANT must provide their full name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The ENTRANT will be able to enter up to 15 images, as per the limit set on the POV application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A photo will be rejected if it appears to have been taken in such a way that any law or welfare requirements may have been breached or it had been otherwise taken in an irresponsible way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Photos submitted must be taken on one of the two main hubs for the Get Uni-Ready event \u2013 either Pittville Student Village or Gloucestershire Business School (on Oxstalls campus).<\/p>\n\n\n\n University of Gloucestershire reserves the right to remove or refuse any entries from the competition for any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Judges will choose the winner from entries provided in the POV link.<\/p>\n\n\n\nCompetition entry<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
