This document provides lots of information about various policies, including tuition fees and refunds, admissions, and the student conduct policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"heading wp-block-heading is-2 is-2--mobile\">How to accept your offer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When you receive an offer to study your chosen course, how you accept it will depend on how you applied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">If you applied directly to University of Gloucestershire or you have applied via one of our agent representatives in your country, and you require a Student Visa, please log into your CAS Shield platform and to complete your personal details and to upload your documents to your profile. We will use this as your acceptance of your offer, and we will process your offer once we have assessed your documents so, please ensure you upload all documents required to meet the entry criteria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">If you applied via one of our agent representatives in your country, and you do not need a Student Visa, they will be able to accept on your behalf in the university\u2019s Agent Portal. Please note: if an agent accepts on your behalf you need to review and agree to the student contract \u2013 an acceptance is a legally binding agreement to our policies.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">If you applied directly to University of Gloucestershire, you need to accept your offer by logging on to your application portal and selecting the \u2018My Offer Response\u2019 option in the \u2018My Application\u2019 tab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please accept your offer if you intend to study with us whether it is a conditional or unconditional offer. You can work towards meeting any outstanding conditions after accepting a conditional offer. Accepting your offer confirms your place on the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You must respond to your offer within 28 days<\/strong>, even if you are not yet able to confirm your acceptance, we need to know that you are still engaging with your application and offer, so that we don\u2019t give your place on the course to another student.
