Studio rooms feature a full size double bed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Towels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pots, pans, crockery and cutlery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toiletries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your favourite personal possessions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You <strong>should not<\/strong> bring the following items with you to halls of residence:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Large electrical appliances &#8211; fridge, microwave, air fryers, rice cookers etc (additional units are not allowed due to fire safety and space restrictions)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Large musical instruments including drums, decks etc (not allowed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your motor vehicle (there is a no motor vehicle rule for halls students)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pets (not allowed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deep fat frying equipment (not allowed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vacuum cleaner (included)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A mop and bucket, sweeping brush, ironing board and dustpan &amp; brush (included)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading heading\">What&#8217;s included?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The following are included in your halls of residence rent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All heating, electric, gas and water bills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wireless internet access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contents insurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The following <strong>are not<\/strong> included in your halls of residence rent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>T.V. licence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insurance cover for items you take outside of your bedroom<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please email <a href=\"mailto:accommodation@glos.ac.uk\">accommodation@glos.ac.uk<\/a> if you require an electronic version of manual for a product the University has provided within halls of residence.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading heading\">Summary of key points of the licence<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading heading\">Rules and regulations within halls of residence<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Noise shall be kept to a reasonable level at all times and in particular should be keep room level after 11pm and before 8am<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are allowed no more than one guest for a maximum of two nights per week.
