We\u2019re a strong and united team, even if our time is mostly spent apart right now. Thankfully there are still a number of ways to get involved and be part of #teamglos<\/strong>. A great place to start is the SU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your Students\u2019 Union is a registered charity led by students for students. You\u2019ll have a voice and we\u2019ll get you involved in student life through events, activities, clubs and societies. You\u2019ll automatically become a member when you join us (there\u2019s no membership fee).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Freshers\u2019 Fortnight<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

2 weeks of events and activities, including the Freshers\u2019 Ball and Freshers\u2019 Fayre, BBQs, cinema nights and fancy-dress parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Societies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Choose from over 60 societies, including Afro-Caribbean, Nintendo, LGBTQ+, Cyber Forensics, Yoga, Vegan & Vegetarian and Creative Writing \u2013 and for aspiring DJs and presenters, there\u2019s our student-run radio station Tone. Or, you can always start a new society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sports<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Compete, play for fun or just keep fit. With over 35 sports clubs \u2013 including athletics, cricket, dance, football, netball, rugby and rowing \u2013 you\u2019ll find something to get involved with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JobShop<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
