Creative Computing

Like many I was inspired by the original Star Wars trilogy and the possibilities of evolving computer technologies. This helped drive my passion for developing games, 3D animation and visual effects.

Biography

Like many I was inspired by the original Star Wars trilogy and the possibilities of evolving computer technologies. This helped drive my passion for developing games, 3D animation and visual effects. I enjoy teaching students and use my 26 years of knowledge and practice in the IT industry to good effect. My research interests include Future Technology, User Experience and eLearning. For the last few years I’ve been an avid skier and like to incorporate this hobby into assignments where possible (e.g. as the focus for a user experience).
