Art

Richard Salkeld is passionate about modern art and continues to have particular research interests in minimalism, aesthetic theory and the ontology of photography.

Biography

 Richard continues to have particular research interests in Minimalism, Aesthetic Theory and the ontology of photography. Richard currently contributes teaching to MA Fine Art and MA Photography and is currently assisting the supervision of a practice lead research in experimental analogue photography. He has written an introductory textbook on photographic theory, Reading Photographs: An Introduction to the Theory and Meaning of Images (Bloomsbury, 2013).
