As an Athletic Trainer, I aim to bring enthusiasm and my varied experience to my teaching. I have a clinical and educational background comprised from many facets of sport and exercise. I have a particular interest in understanding and mitigating injury risk in youth sport.

I teach Sports Therapy, mainly at postgraduate level.
The focus of my research is the development of motor coordination and control, health-related fitness, and the applications to injury prevalence and prevention across the lifespan. The integration of these constructs emphasizes the need to understand and address mechanisms and causal factors for injury in youth and adult sport participants. My scholarly publications and presentations include content in the following areas: Injury Prevention, Health-related Fitness, Long Term Athlete Development, Motor Skill Performance.
