Dr Gaurav Chawla is a Senior Lecturer and Academic Course Leader for Hospitality and Tourism Management. He is passionate about developing the next generation of hospitality managers, who can lead the business while minimising its environmental footprints. Gaurav holds a PhD from Oxford Brookes University.
