Dr Charbel Azar is a senior academic and learning facilitator specialising in project management, executive education, and organisational development. With over 15 years of international experience across industry and higher education, he brings a unique blend of academic rigour and practical insight to his work.<\/p>\n
Charbel\u2019s research interests include change adaptability, customer and student delight, and the people side of projects. He has led large-scale curriculum innovations, delivered executive programmes for corporate and government partners, and designed immersive learning simulations for business schools in the UK and the Middle East.<\/p>\n
Charbel is passionate about experiential learning and supporting learners in building capabilities that transfer into real-world impact. He also acts as an external consultant for leadership development and digital transformation projects.<\/p>\n
