Sepideh is a Senior Lecturer and Academic Course Leader for the BSc (Hons) Cyber Security. She has over six years of experience in higher education both in teaching, research, and external engagement. Her specialism lies in the field of blockchain technology, within which she holds a PhD.<\/p>\n
Before joining University of Gloucestershire, Sepideh gained practical experience working for a large organisation\u2019s IT department, which gave her an opportunity to have hands-on experience, working on live projects involving VOIP system and network configurations.<\/p>\n
Sepideh teaches cyber security modules at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her research interests focus on blockchain technology, network security, cyber security, and information security management.<\/p>\n
Sepideh has been recognised as one of the top 10 most influential women in cyber in Gloucestershire. She was also shortlisted for the first Cyber Diversity Awards highlighting her significant contribution in promoting equity, diversity and inclusion in cyber security.
